Exchange and Return Policy

Right of Return:

The product can be exchanged for another of equal value or higher value, with the difference paid by the customer.

- Clothing altered as per the customer’s request (e.g., tailored or modified items).

Return or exchange requests will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the product.

Shipping Fees:
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees unless the reason is a mistake or defect in the product from the store.
